Opening the core gui couses massive performance issues on a new computer

My old [really old] computer broke a few weeks ago. A few days ago I got a new modern computer with NVIDIA graphic card. Every game ran so much smoother and better, but as soon as I press escape, click on the Roblox icon or click the x in the tap — the core GUI should open as always. But shockingly, I had to see that the whole game + physics stopped for 1–4 seconds, and then finally the core GUI popped up. I thought I didn’t see right, that didn’t happen on my very old laptop! And this is still the case, even after restarting and reinstalling.

Hi @Misterx113 - thanks for flagging this! Please do the following:

  1. Go into experience where you’re seeing the issue
  2. Turn on microprofiler via Ctrl+Alt+F6
  3. Press escape to open menu
  4. Very shortly after the issue occurs, press Ctrl+P
  5. Locate the “Dump” menu at the top of the screen
  6. Select “512 frames”

This will create an HTML file that has a prefix named “microprofile” in the following folder:
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Roblox\logs\

Please send that HTML to us - thank you!

Its in every experience.
