1000 robux to have a premium, 750 robux to send it for review and if they reject it they will not refund you, and then 1,500 robux to publish them. They are an investment of 3250 robux. and they can cancel it for any nonsense, it has nothing public UGC. In addition, the robux for your sale is given the following month, meaning that you would have to spend another 1000 robux for the bonus. It’s ridiculous, I think it’s time for Nintendo and other companies to find out what Roblox does with the foreign and illegal content they sell.

Your UGC items go off-sale if you do not renew your premium subscription too, this means you must keep buying premium. It is therefore impossible for a majority of UGC creators to make a profit if you’re required to maintain premium indefinitely.
ROBLOX’s business practices are just outright greedy.

I’m really confused how roblox staff are pretty active and reply to every topic unrelated to roblox, or if it is. They only reply if it’s positive or neutral feedback. However, when there’s negative feedback. Roblox staff are quiet???

You know what’d be nice? Some transparency about uploading Roblox items that were canceled. For example, the Redcliff Dominus.
Where do these fall under your rules? The original Redcliff Dominus was published, was on the website, as shown below, but was then canceled.

Please remove this update or actually do something about it, there are thousands of limited item copies and they stay up for months before they get deleted.

This update ruined my source of income, the price floors are LITERALLY insane
105 robux used to be able to buy you three items, now it can only buy you one? that’s INSANE,
i lost literally 10k in daily income just from this update alone it discourages users from buying anything cus they dont wanna spend 20 dollars just to have one full outfit,
everytime the price floor goes above 80 my daily income goes from 15k, to 10k then goes as low as 4k when the floor hits 105 for hats. this is not fair for creators and not fair for consumers or normal roblox users.
I love the fact that every user is now allowed to publish items its awesome seeing so many new ideas but you also scared away a lot of actual talent and encouraged bad ugc creation due to that crazy rebate fee, nobody wants to make the next great item everyone wants to make money their money back you ruined creativity with gross structural black and white thinking. now our catalogs are flooded with spam items, congrats david you ruined another GREAT thing because you only think in numbers.
one last thing i wanna talk about is the absolute 0 moderation for every item
its gotten so bad people feel comfortable enough to literally upload 1:1 copies of other users items, completely ripped, even of roblox official items and limiteds,
Ur mod team are also extremely under trained and have 0 understanding of roblox, they are outsourced clearly and don’t understand the context of the content at all, ugc creators are now scared to report copies of their items after you started banning the victims of literal theft
even writing this thread i feel threatened and a little worried that my account might get banned just for TALKING about this.
another thing is the terrible dmca policies and loopholes that allow people to false dmcaing/dsaing items that they dont agree with or dont like or wanna target the user who uploaded them, which also gets the uploader account TERMED, 4 of my ugc creator friends have been affected by this.
This is still an on going problem with no end btw and has been happening for all of 2024 with not a peep from roblox.
Anyway that’s all of my rant, (sorry if my english is a little broken it isn’t my first language…)

Yeah lol, feature requests almost have no point whatsoever if they are actually features that need to be added because no one from roblox will reply or acknowledge it whatsoever.
I bet there’s been 1000 requests for better moderation, and zero staff from roblox will actually reply. They will just hide.

Amen. Now we’ve got items that can actually be a serious health risk to those who suffer from epilepsy.
Yes, they flash rapidly both when viewing them in 3D on the website, and ingame. These are items that should never have been allowed.

Yet you have entire groups dedicated to doing just that, and continue to approve said items onto the website.
What’s worse, despite you always encouraging users to report content that is against the rules, all rules, you never do anything about reports on direct rips of Roblox-created assets like the above.
A large majority of your users, especially the vocal ones here on these forums, don’t trust you to uphold moderation precisely because of items like this. Everybody knows it’s against the rules, yet you do nothing. You neither take down the items, or punish the ones who uploaded them.
It’s no wonder people do it in the first place!

I refuse to let this die without a satisfying solution, or at least an acknowledgement that something is being done about this.
With the annual release of the HH package, now you’ve got fake versions cropping up in the catalog, these being accessories instead of an actual bundle, and they’re intentionally trying to trick and scam users.
When is something going to be done about this?

Will this ever change??? It’s been 8 months and no changes at all… I been creating UGC limited nonstop since the update and I am struggling to create an item that is available. By available, I mean items with more stock (100-1000 and so on).
