As a Roblox developer, it is currently too time consuming to remove the Datastore keys in your game of GDPR because you have to go into studio and run a Datastore removal code.
I would like Roblox to provide a tool to automate this process that is opt-in. For example, the ability to create a cloud Lua macro which runs every time we get a request that can remove keys of the string format we used for saving.
Developers who use free model data store code cannot remove data store keys if they are unskilled. Leaving all developers to run the task of deleting data is bad and should be the job of Roblox as a company to undertake.
DataStore recently received a new userIds parameter to some functions that is meant to assist with GDPR. Presumably automating this with this metadata is something Roblox is looking to do.
