Our game is being DDoSed

How to prevent a dos attack on my game?

So since the past week there was a exploiter that was joining my game and as soon as he joined the whole server would crash 10 seconds after (even if he was kicked). I checked my game for exploitable events, checked it for backdoors, and even added cooldown to the remote events… Nothing worked. Earlier I was playing arsenal and shared the VIP server link with my community and the same guy joined and crashed the server under 10 seconds so I believe this is a Roblox issue He later posted this on…

Is there anything I can do against constant DDos attacks against my games?

For the last few days I’ve been getting many threats by a few people who own a tool to crash servers demanding things like Usd, robux, and in game unbans. They say if I don’t listen they’ll crash many servers and severely drop my player count. They’ve already crashed and duped on many servers, so I lowered max player count per server and banned some of their accounts, although sort of useless since they can just join on an alt Is there anything I can do? Hello, Recently, my game, City of London, UK - Roblox, has been experiencing heightened amounts of lag that I believe, is not the result of common game latency. Roblox said[citation needed] that they would do something about the DDOS attacks but it’s been a few years and still nothing.

There are a few things Roblox can do, but at the moment it seems like they haven’t been doing much about it. They recently[citation needed] blocked VPNs so maybe that’s an indicator that they’re working on something.

The old solution was to join players on an Amsterdam proxy to create the server in The Netherlands such that they would receive the anti-DDOS protections of Netherland ISPs due to Dutch law, but now Roblox randomizes the region so it doesn’t work. [MASSIVE citation needed here]
