Staff Code of Conduct 
Attitude
Staff members must remain professional and mature while dealing with situations regarding Pathé Cinemas. You should be welcoming and respectful to everyone who is around you. You must try your best to deal with situations, whether if a person is being rude and disrespectful to you. We want to see you respecting your co-workers and customers. Use appropriate language, as we want a safe and welcoming place for everyone; not mattering their age.
Responsabilities & Tasks
All staff must remain professional when they are on-duty and must be hard-working when performing staff-related tasks. You are permitted to chat and hang out with your co-workers as far as you keep working at your fullest and use proper grammar. We strive for a smooth, fast and efficient service.
Clothing Attire
Staff present at any Pathé Cienmas establishment must dress appropriately. We do not tolerate animal or crazy morphs/packages. You must wear appropriate shirts, no inappropriate messages, images, body hair unless hair extensions.
Hinting
We do not tolerate employees who are always hinting for a promotion. The Executive Management Team finds it extremely unprofessional from staff, and all those users who decide to hint will get demoted and blacklisted from joining the Management Team.
