Pathé Establishments

The cinema is the principal establishment where we run most of our operations. You can communicate, meet new friends, watch movies, enjoy a refreshing drink, and work at the cinema!

The job centre [under development] is the place where community members can apply for an employment position.

The interview centre is the establishment where community members can come in interview session times to get promoted to our Trainee rank.

The training centre is the place where our staff can go to get more experienced on their jobs and get a promotion for excellence.*

The auditorium is the establishment where Pathé Cinemas hosts their big and outstanding events. This place is mostly used for events and conferences.
Session Schedule
Pathé Cinemas General Managers+ host daily interview and training sessions. If you want to become a Trainee or get promoted as a staff member, make sure to attend a session at the designated session times!

General Rules
- We do not tolerate trolling here at Pathé Cinemas. If a management member or a community moderator finds you performing those actions, you will most likely face up a kick.
- You are not allowed to advertise products which are not related to Pathé Cinemas, such as asking community members to join your group. You will be kicked for performing such action.
- You must not be disrespectful in any shape or way to other community members. A user with moderation powers will kick you if caught doing so.
- You should not glitch to restricted areas here at Pathé Cinemas, such as the staff area or a gamepass zone. A Supervisor+ or a Junior Moderator+ will kick you for performing such action.
- We do not tolerate exploiting & hacking within the Pathé Cinemas community. You will get immediately banned by our antihacking system, a General Manager+ or a Junior Moderator+.
- You are not allowed to wear an inappropriate outfit. You will be asked to change it once by any staff member. If you decide not to change it, a management member or a moderator will kick you.
- We do not tolerate swearing/cursing/bypassing here at Pathé Cinemas. You will be immediately banned by a staff member with administrator permissions.
Ban Appeal Information & Procedure
If you have been banned from our Discord Server or any Pathé Cinemas establishments, you may send a ban appeal. However, if you were permanently banned, you will not have the chance to get your ban revoked. You can send your ban appeal to a Senior Moderator+.

Staff & Community Guidelines
Affiliation Information & Procedure
The Pathé Cinemas Public Relations Department believes affiliates are such an important influence towards our community and allies association. Affiliates make us improve and learn new management methods, as we also benefit them throughout events, communications, game updates, etcetera. If you wish to ally with us, send your affiliation application to any Executive Assistant of Communications or the Chief Public Relations Officer.
Affiliation Regulations & Requirements

The group must have a minimum of 50 members; exceptions may be made if the group is super active and can benefit Pathé Cinemas in any way.

Your group must have constant activity. We expect you to be hosting events to keep your group entertained, and once our cinema comes out we expect visitors from your group coming to visit our establishment.

The group representative must announce our events as soon as they are posted.

Your group must be respectful and fair towards their own community as well as other communities.

Your group must be beneficial to Pathé Cinemas. We will not affiliate with groups only looking to benefit themselves. Both sides must be kept beneficial to the other.

Your communications server must comply with Discord Terms of Service; your community must contain people who are 13+, if they’re not we expect you to ban them.

Your group may sell ranks. However, we do not allow groups who sell management ranks, as we found it extremely unprofessional coming from a professional business company.

Your group must show that you are organized. That includes guidelines, reasonable rules, and professional communication servers.

Your staff must act professional and mature at all times.

Your group should have a good reputation. We will not affiliate with groups who have bad reputation for a major offense committed towards their community or other communities.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get a job?
You can get a job by passing an application or passing an interview session.
When do we host interview and training sessions?
We host sessions daily. We hold interview sessions at 9 AM, 1 PM and 5 PM EST, and training sessions at 11 AM, 3 PM and 7 PM EST.
When will my staff application be read?
The Senior Management Team reviews applications throughout the day. It can take up to 12 hours to your application to be read. You may message a Senior Manager+ to know your application status after 24 hours if you have still not got a response from our staff applications system.
Who should I contact if I passed a session but I was not ranked?
You should contact the session host. Additionally, you must provide proof of you passing to get ranked.
Who should I contact if someone is violating the Pathé Cinemas rules?
You should contact a Supervisor+ or a Junior Moderator+. They will take appropriate action against the reported user.
Who should I contact if a staff member is breaking the Staff Code of Conduct?
We encourage you to DM a General Manager+ with proof so they can take an appropriate disciplinary action against the disruptive employee.
Who should I contact if a Supervisor+ is abusing their powers?
You should contact an Executive of Human Resources immediately with proof. They will then proceed to take a disciplinary action against the reported management staff member.
