(Attach evidence or further context if necessary.

  • If you need to make a report on any Upper Staff+ member, you should DM an Upper Management member instead of reporting in the channels above.
  • Please do not delete any reports you make as it will ghost ping the Enforcer role.

Protocol Overview

  • Customers/Interns receive ONE warning. If they continue after this warning, you should request for a SS+ to cuff and/or make a report.
    • As for Staff, they receive NO warning. If you see a Staff member violating regulations, you should immediately gather evidence and report it.
    • If a Staff member is trolling, you may give a reminder to stop trolling. If they continue, gather evidence and report it.
  • (Senior Security ONLY): Your cuffs are ONLY for cuffing Customers/Interns and detaining them into the cuff room. They should NOT be used for any other purpose.

Below will be listing common situations you might encounter as a Security Team member at Pablo’s. Each one will briefly cover what the situation is and how you can properly handle it. If you’re unsure about whether if something is reportable or not, you can contact a Security Captain+ to help you out.

Trolling

Trolling is a very versatile term that can correlate to any sort of disruption, or unwanted behavior displayed by someone in the restaurant. If someone is feeling bothered or disrupted by someone’s actions (e.g. dancing on tables, ordering stuff not on the menu, etc.), you may follow standard protocol.

Glitched Avatar

Glitched Avatars refer to avatars that are either extremely small or big.

  • Small - Avatars that are almost invisible or very difficult to see within the restaurant.
  • Big - Avatars that are extremely big can cover menus/tables or 2+ people.

You should request the individual to change, and if they refuse, you can refer to standard protocol.

Raids

Raids refer to a collective gathering of 4+ individuals who troll and disrupt others within the restaurant. Raids can come in very different forms (similar costumes, chants, etc.), so if you detect a large group of people trolling very similarly, you can consider it as a raid.
To handle a raid, you should contact backup and immediately gather evidence of the raid occurring to create a report immediately. Considering the high-stress situation of a raid, it would be classified as a instant cuff/report instance.

Area Glitching

Area Glitching refers to when an individual gets into a prohibited area (e.g. Customer in the Security Room). Area Glitching can be either intentional (glitching techniques, etc.) or unintentional (extreme lag, slow-movements).

You should NOT be cuffing anyone who is convicted of area glitching. You should gather evidence and file a report immediately.

Note: Do not get area glitching confused with exploiting. Exploiting will require a video of the individual easily walking or fading into walls/barriers to be considered. If a video is not provided, it will be handled as Area Glitching.

Inappropriate Avatars

Inappropriate Avatars refer to various types of avatars that are graphic, disturbing, not safe for work, discriminatory, etc.

Fully Unclothed & Partially Clothed

  • Fully Unclothed: Avatars that are blank or without clothes and display any sort of natural skin tone, body textures, inappropriate human anatomy, etc.
    • Any fully unclothed avatars that are unnatural skin tones, animals or are intentional with an outfit design are fine as long as no undergarments are displayed.
  • Partially Clothed: Avatars that are half blank and display any undergarments.

Political Figures Associated with Harmful Actions

  • Any avatars that depict notorious political figures who were responsible for harm, terror, etc.
  • When filing a report for these types of avatars, you should provide context on who they’re depicting to validate your report.

Inappropriate Imagery/Use of Symbols

  • Inappropriate Imagery: Any sort of avatar that has clothing or pictures displaying anything graphic, not safe for work, etc.
  • Use of Symbols: Any sort of avatar that displays any sort of discrimination or hate speech to a group.

For all the instances above, you should be requesting the individual to change if you see any of these possible violations. If they refuse, you should follow standard protocol.

Spamming

Spamming refers to when an individual sends a 2+ line message over 3+ times. To elaborate, two lines refer to when the message in the in-game chat displays two lines of text or more.

Spamming vs. Chat Flooding
Excessively spamming is what was mentioned above; however, chat flooding refers to when an individual sends 10+ concurrent messages of a word, phrase, etc. that “floods” the chat.

If someone begins to excessively spam or chat flood, you should follow standard protocol.

Inappropriate References

Warning

You should issue ONE warning if an individual violates this rule. If they continue, you should follow standard protocol.

  • Adult Beverage Reference: An individual asks in general for an adult beverage.
    • Any fully unclothed avatars that are unnatural skin tones, animals or are intentional with an outfit design are fine as long as no undergarments are displayed.
  • Abbreviations Containing Swear Words: An individual uses common abbreviations that contain profanity.

Instant Report/Cuff

For all the instances below, you should immediately cuff and/or report.

  • Discriminatory Remarks: An individual makes a comment that is aimed to scrutinize or discriminate against someone, a group, etc.
  • Not Safe For Work/Highly Inappropriate Comments: An individual makes a comment that is inherently graphic, disturbing, or not child-friendly.
  • Graphic Threats Towards You or Your Family (Hitting/Punching doesn’t count): An individual makes a threatening comment or disturbing/graphic threat that is inappropriate and can cause life-threatening harm.
  • Inappropriate Gestures: An individual does actions/gestures that aren’t child-friendly, or they’re quite disturbing.

Bypassing

Bypassing refers to when an individual uses a loophole (different fonts, emojis, etc.) to send a message that is typically censored by ROBLOX chat filters. Bypassing is very identifiable due to it’s messy structure, and most importantly, the message displays something that is typically censored in the chat filters.

You should immediately gather evidence of the chat, then report it as soon as possible on the DC.

Exploiting

Exploiting refers to an individual using a third-party program to alter their client to do unusual behaviors/activities. Instances of exploiting can be, abnormal spinning, flying, noclipping, etc. In general, you should be looking out for any behaviors that can’t be performed normally.

You should ideally gather video evidence or clear evidence of the abnormal behavior, then make a report in the DC immediately.

Death Threats

Death Threats refer to a threat made from an individual that wishes death on someone else. It can be expressed verbally, through emojis, etc.

Note: The expression “die” is not considered a death threat unless if it said directly at someone. In this case, you would need context or evidence.

You should gather evidence of this threat, then make a report in the DC immediately.

Inappropriate Usernames

Inappropriate Usernames refer to usernames that display graphic, disturbing, or not safe for work content. Individuals can sometimes bypass the username filters.

You should gather evidence of the username with the appropriate context, then make a report in the DC.

Bodyguarding

Once you pass the Senior Security training, you will now be allowed to bodyguard Wealthy Customers. We’ve set out some guidelines which you must follow when bodyguarding. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a bodyguarding blacklist, prohibiting you from taking on requests in the future.

Claiming:

  • You must be available for at least an hour minimum. You are expected to be present and attend to the user at all times. You may go AFK if absolutely necessary.
  • When you accept a bodyguard request in perk-request, you should reply with a message asking them where they’d like to meet you. Wealthy Customers may also ask you to bodyguard them in game. Feel free to accept their request!
  • 2 people can bodyguard a WC at one time.

Protocol:

  • Do not leave the customer by themselves at any point. If you need to handle a situation, you may do so swiftly and call on backup if the disruption continues.
  • Do not speak to any other customer unless they are in the party of the user you are the bodyguard for. You may only speak with other customers if you’re handling a situation.
  • Ensure the user is not bothered by anyone. If a troller is trying to bother them, you can cuff them away and ask them to stop. If they continue, try your best to bring them to the cuff room and make a report. If the WC is outside and the troller continues, place them to the lobby instead of the cuff room.

Additional:

  • When the WC is sitting down, you should ideally be posting near them so you are able to handle situations swiftly. You can be posted behind their chair so you aren’t directly facing them.
  • WC’s can invite up to 5 guests to dine with them by inviting them to their party. Their guests can automatically access Upstairs/Exclusive upon accepting the party invitation.

Appeals

If an occurrence occurs where you’re either warned or demoted from your position as Security and you wish to appeal, you’ll be expected to contact the following ranks in order. Please note that your appeal being accepted is NOT guaranteed.

  1. Security Captain / Head Captain
  • Contact a Captain first for your initial appeal request. They will evaluate your perspective on your situation and ask additional questions to help determine if your appeal will be/not be accepted.
  1. Deputy Head of Security
  • If you’re not happy with the result of your denied appeal from a Captain, then you’re welcome to contact a Deputy for their opinion. They will consider the Captain’s perspective on why the appeal was denied and listen to your perspective in case there was anything that was overlooked. Likewise, they will also determine whether or not if your appeal will be/not be accepted.
  1. Head of Security
  • If you’re not happy with the result of your denied appeal from a Deputy, then you can contact the Head of Security with your appeal. This is your last option. If your appeal gets denied, then you’re out of luck.

Following the demotion, you will be given a ban depending on the severity of the case. The following list provided will give you an idea to who you can contact.
