This document will explain how our Intern training schedule works here at Pablo’s, for all of our Interns who are interested in attending a training to become an official Pablo’s staff member. If you are not currently an Intern, please refer to the Pablo’s Application Guide and Hiring Instructions document which will give you further information on how to apply for a staff position here at Pablo’s!
I’m an Intern, how do I become a staff member?
To become an official staff member at Pablo’s, you’ll need to attend a training for the following positions; Host/Hostess, Chef, or Security. From there, you’ll be able to work your way up the staff ranks!
All of our training times can be found in the link below which will take you to our weekly Intern training schedule. We wish you the best of luck at your training and look forward to having you be a part of our staff team here at Pablo’s!
Where is the training center?
First you’ll need to be an Intern to have access to go to the training center. After that, just go to the restaurant and click on the ‘TP to the Training Center’ button on the top right of your screen!
