Welcome to Pablo’s!
Thank you for joining us! Applying for a new job can be daunting which is why we’ve put together this guide to answer any question(s) you may have as well as helping you through the Application process.
At Pablo’s we allow you to submit an application to become an Intern. If you pass, you’ll be allowed to train for three different staff roles; Host/Hostess, Chef, and Security.

Host/Hostess – Greets and seats customers at a table or leads them to the bar.

Chef – Chefs are responsible for making all food/drink orders that have been placed by our Waiters and Waitresses for our customers.

Security – Ensures the restaurant and our customers are safe. (This is a more difficult staff rank to train for as their requirements are stricter during trainings)
Each staff position is very important and plays a special part in ensuring each and every customer has an enjoyable time at Pablo’s. Once you’ve made your decision on what position you’d like to train for, head on down to the Application Center and do your absolute best!
Pro Tip: When you join the Application Center, you’ll be asked to read our rules which are very important for you to be familiar with. We suggest you read through them carefully, as breaking any of them could get you removed from your staff position and/or banned from applying again.
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive your results immediately after to see if you’ve passed or not!
Application Status Details

Declined – Even though you’ve been declined, don’t worry! You are allowed to return to the Application Center to submit an application as many times as possible. We’re definitely excited to see you apply again as we know you’ll do much better this next time around!

Approved – First of all, congratulations! You should be ranked to Intern immediately. We host trainings everyday so you have more than enough opportunities to pass a training. Find the time that works best for you to attend! A shout for the training will always be posted an hour before each training starts. Make sure to turn up slightly early and ready to go! If you don’t manage to finish the training or don’t pass first time around, don’t panic! You can keep attending other trainings until you pass. Once you’ve passed you’ll be a bona fide Pablo’s staff member!

Banned from Re-Applying – If you are banned from applying, you will need to reach out to our Director of Internal Relations, N/A. (Please reach out to elanmarkel1289 for now)
Pro Tip: You can attend a staff training for any position you would like to train for as an Intern (Host, Chef, or Security). If you decide to change your mind and want to work as a different staff position after already passing a staff training, don’t worry, you can just ask to be demoted to Intern to attend a different training.
