Official Rules & Regulations

This document outlines our regulation system within Pablo’s.

Violations

Violations can either be temporary or permanent disciplinary actions towards your account.

  • Temporary Bans

    • Staff gone rogue
    • Trolling
    • Glitched Avatar
    • Raiding
    • Glitching into areas
    • Inappropriate Avatars
    • Spamming
    • Inappropriate References
    • Bypassing
  • Permanent Bans

    • Inappropriate Avatar (Racial clothing)
    • Bypassing (Racial)
    • Exploiting
    • Death Threats
    • Inappropriate Usernames
  • Application Center Bans

    • Application Center bans are based on the severity from a report mentioned above.

Note: Once we receive a report, we will review it and take immediate action if necessary.


The rules system is divided into 2 categories: General Rules and Staff Rules.

General Rules

These rules must be followed by everyone (staff and customers).

  1. Any excessive background noise, blowing into your mic, screaming.
  2. No inappropriate usernames, profile picture and/or status.
  3. No advertising.
  4. Impersonation of others.
  5. Do not leak confidential information.
  6. Do not allow disagreements to become a heated argument.
  7. Submitting false information to anyone relating to Pablo’s will result in consequences.
  8. Harassment, disrespecting, bullying of any kind or making someone feel unwanted.
  9. Revealing personal information about anyone.
  10. No inappropriate references, verbal or through imagery, links, language or acts.
  11. Do not send unfamiliar links; this is to prevent people from being scammed (keyloggers).
  12. Trolling will not be tolerated.
  13. Any clothing item with discriminatory words, inappropriate language/references, or imagery of private areas will not be tolerated.
    *(This includes intentionally wearing only undergarments or no clothing at all.)
  14. Falsely accusing anyone of the violations mentioned above.
Staff Rules

Pablo’s is extremely selective when it comes to hiring individuals to be part of our staff team. If you have been selected then it means you were entrusted to represent Pablo’s to the highest degree. For this reason, you are held to a higher standard when it comes to our rules and regulations.

  1. Only do your own job.
  2. Do not ask for promotions.
  3. Farming points is prohibited.
  4. All customers and guests should be treated politely.
  5. Do not trash talk about other groups and/or their employees.
  6. Discriminating other customers and/or guests about speaking other languages.
  7. Account sharing is prohibited.
  8. Refrain from misusing restaurant systems during your shift.
  9. Messages sent must be understandable and legible.
    *(Head Staff+ are required to use grammar and can use some abbreviations)
  10. Clothing must remain appropriate at all times.
    *(Your clothing cannot cover up your nametag at all and cannot block more than 2 people)
  11. Multiple alt accounts are now allowed for LRs
    *(You can have as many LR accounts as you like. However, having two or more MR accounts will result in an immediate demotion)
  12. You may go AFK at any time, but you must face a wall.
    *(You should not go AFK if you are in the middle of serving a customer or handling a situation)
    *(Chefs are required to leave their job to go AFK)
Appeals

You may request to appeal your ban at Pablo’s by contacting anyone within our Internal Relations team.

  • Once an appeal has been opened, the Internal Relations team will be assigned to review your answers and determine if sufficient evidence was provided to overturn or lessen the decision originally handed down.

  • If sufficient evidence is not found and the decision is not overruled, you may appeal again at anytime, however it is strongly recommended you wait 2 weeks before attempting another appeal.

  • Providing any form of false evidence/information, or disrespect in your appeal may result in a stricter penalty being enforced and loss of appeal privileges.

  • Please be patient and allow time for the reviewers to review your case.

  • A decision will then be agreed upon within the reviewers and enforced.

  • If your appeal is successful it does not guarantee you will be granted your position back. It only means that the action taken may be reversed and you will be required to start from the bottom again.

    Date opened: [Day the appeal was made.]
    Date closed: [Day the appeal was closed.]
    Appealing: [Ban or Demotion.]
    Results: [Post the results of the appeal decision here and document any solutions applied.]

Game Reports

  • Violator’s username:
    Reason:
    (ping either Enforcer or a SV+ in-game who can handle it)
    (evidence attached using screenshots or screen recordings)

Staff Reports

  • Violator’s username:
    Violator’s rank:
    Reason:
    (evidence attached using screenshots or screen recordings)
