BILL UB-089 - BILL OF BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS (A bill to set up and reform the human rights in the Kingdom of Winterzeit, for greater freedoms and speech)
Introduction
This bill, proposed by the Prime Minister of Winterzeit, the Rt. Hon Jacob Herrings,
will ensure the basic humans rights of all the citizens of Winterzeit.
Article I - Basic Rights*
I) All peoples of Winterzeit shall have the right of free speech.
II) All peoples of Winterzeit shall have the right for assembly.
III) All peoples of Winterzeit shall have the right for shelter.
IV) All peoples of Winterzeit shall be protected by the constitution.
V) All peoples of Winterzeit shall have the right for a fair trial.
VI) All peoples of Winterzeit shall have the right to open their own business.
Article II - Amendments
I) Amendments to this bills shall be made in the case that the full house agrees with the decision.
II) HM the King may remove the previous bill and / or amend it at any moment he wishes.
*Article I -> HM the King may remove the basic rights in the case that a person poses a threat to the Kingdom of Winterzeit or it's authorities.
