Particle emitters clear emitted particles when occuleded

Reproduction Steps:

• Look at the particle emitter, and see it emitting
• Walk away whilst not looking at the emitter
• Look back at the emitter and realize all of its particles have been cleared

Expected behavior

I would expect the particle emitter when occluded to keep the state of its emitted particles, rather than clearing all of its emitted particles
