How to become a Middle Rank 
Attend a Staff Assistant Interview which are hosted every Friday. (Must be Kitchen Leader and have 500 Worker Points)
Recommendations from MRs/HRs to our Human Resources Department
We sometimes open Staff Assistant applications to Kitchen Leaders. The requirements are released with the application
Employee Code of Conduct 
MRs are required to follow these rules at all times within Pastriez games. Any violation will result in a consequence.
- All MRs must use grammar and proper punctuation at the Bakery and Training Center. This also includes allied groups.
- MRs must practice respect to customers and fellow staff.
- MRs must not troll at any Business Industry Game
- MRs must not abuse their Admin Commands
- The breaking of our confidentiality policy will result in immediate termination (subject to HR department)
- You must be mature and set a good example. Failure to do this will result in punishment.
Breaking these rules will result in a punishment given by the Human Resources Department.
