Perfectly Fitted UI

Hello, I was looking for a way to perfectly fit my UI’s in all screen types and here are the questions of what I want to happen :

What do I want to achieve?
My UI’s are consists of One Size and Scale and do not fit in all screen sizes. I want to design a way to fit it on any screen size

What is the issue?
Here are some screenshots of what it looks like on PC which fits perfectly :

And here is what it looks like on Mobile which does not fit perfectly :

What solutions have you tried so far?
The only thing I tried was looking up on YouTube on how to do this and design the rest of the UI Fitting.
