Performance Analytics showing incorrect CCU

When viewing my live concurrent user count in the performance tab of my game’s analytics, the stats its showing are completely incorrect

how can I have 59 users in 191 servers???

or how I suddenly had 350 more users for 1 minute?

it also reflects itself in the CCU Graph underneath the live count (1 hour)

I noticed it happening yesterday but it appeared to resolve itself, looking closer today I see that it infact hasnt.
this only shows up on the performance analytics page, none of the other stats reflect the same fake dips and highs

I can confirm I actually have more players than 50 by checking the games servers and scrolling to find around 100+ servers with people in them and not 50 like it claims.

This issue has also been happening to my game Subterra,
The CCU count drops very low (only in the creator hub) which makes the stats register it as that then spikes back up to the right user count.

I’ve got videos of this happening if they’re needed to be provided.

Hi all:
Sorry for the incorrect data. There is some backend data processing issue for our CCU reporter.
I am working on the fix and will report back soon once it is done.

Hi all:
We have done some improvement in CCU reporting and the data should look much more stable than before.
Please take a look and let us know if you still see some weird data loss. Thanks for the patience.
