Phantom site chat notification

Expanding it and going through the chats still doesn’t reset it.

It’s still happening in chrome on windows 10 >: And I can’t even find a way to disable site chat anymore.
Edit: After hovering around everything it finally went away. I don’t know what I hovered over, sorry

Firefox on Windows 10 here. I too am haunted by the ghost of chat messages past.

Seems like clicking the blue bar on Trioxide’s chat removes the notification, but pressing the X doesn’t
