This is a support category for asking questions about how to get something done on the Roblox websites or how to do something on Roblox applications such as Roblox Studio.

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I need to update a specific place under a game, but it gives me an error and it will not update the game or let me edit scripts.

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    Roblox Studio says that I have an unstable connection, which is not true because my internet connection is fast.

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    I tried looking on Youtube and Developer Hub and I couldn’t find any solutions. I have tried reinstalling Roblox Studio, and restarting my computer, but it didn’t work.

Sorry if this is the wrong category, when trying to add Studio Bugs it did not show up.

Check your internet, try some of the basic troubleshooting such as:
Restarting your router, checking for outages, check if your Ethernet cable is damaged e.g.

I have tried that but it did not work. It has been going on for a month, I use a wireless connection and no other games have problems, just a specific place.

I’m having the same problem with asset service, I’m unable to update my places that use CreatePlaceAsync

If you want we can merge into one forum post requesting them to fix this bug, as it makes it impossible to use package service which is what makes it useful

I don’t use CreatePlaceAsync, it’s just a normal place under the universe
