Gameplay
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not offered, regardless of circumstances.
Can you add [feature]? / Where can I report a bug?
You can submit feature requests or report a bug via our Discord server. Look for the feedback-and-suggestions forum channel!

How do I become a rebel?
Outside the main facility fences, you will spot a base in the top-left corner of the facility. This is the rebel base. Walk through the red barrier, and you will be prompted to join. Please note that there are limits to how many people can be a rebel, depending on how many security is currently in-game.
What does money/credit do?
Money can be used to purchase equipment from Envvy, who is located on the second floor of the administration building next to the security room. Purchases are one life only.
Why doesn’t the Geiger counter work?
Unfortunately, the geiger counter is currently broken, and may be fixed in a future update.
Why can’t I wear the hazmat suits?
The hazmat suits are decorative items, and cannot be equipped in-game.
How do I get a taser?
The taser is a gamepass. You can purchase it here. Alternatively, you may purchase it from Envvy in the administration building for $450 (one life only)
What does the Plant Manager gamepass do?
The Plant Manager gamepass grants the purchaser the following perks:
- Office in the plant.
- Panic button (which calls security to your location)
- Anti-zombie gun
- Announce command
- 30% Pay bonus
I have the plant manager gamepass, how do I use it?
In game, there should be a button that looks like this:
Click on this button and you will join the queue to be a manager (you will have to join back the queue if you die).
IMPORTANT
Refunds are not offered for any gamepass, regardless of what reason (including being banned from our games)
Group
I’ve been banned/muted from a Plasma Game/exiled from Plasma Security Division. What do I do?
You can send an appeal to the Plasma Defence Network server, found in the social links section of the group. You must wait at least 3 days between being punished and appealing. Your appeal will not be handled until after 3 days if you do not wait. Do not join if you are not appealing.
How can I rank up?
Submit a rank application to a Supervisor+. The rank guide is available in our Discord server, found in the social links of our group, or on our Twitter.
IMPORTANT
The Social Links section, where you can find the Appeals & Main Discord will not appear, if you are under 13.
Security

Please review our security handbook before joining security.
How can I join Security?
Send a Join Request to the Plasma Security Division and wait for a Tier 3 to accept your request. Do note that if you have been kicked/exiled from the group, you won’t be able to join again unless you appeal.
I’m not in the security team, but I’m in the group, help!
Run !uniform, or wear the security uniform to be assigned to the security team. If you are not in the group, nothing will happen.
How do I rank up?
You can get promoted by attending trainings & patrols, hosted by Trainers and Overseers. You can earn up to 2 points at trainings, and 1 point at patrols. The rank guide is as follows:
- Recruit - 5 points
- Tier 1 - 15 points
- Tier 2 - 30 points
- Tier 3 - 45 points & application
- Trainer & Above - Handpicked
Where/when are trainings hosted?
Scheduled trainings are hosted between 5pm-9pm UTC (Universal Coordinated Time) on Saturday and Sunday. The training will be posted via the group shout, along with the venue. Trainers and overseers may host unscheduled events at any time. Please do not ask for trainings or patrols to be hosted.
I’ve been exiled, can I appeal?
Yes, join our Appeals Discord, where you can appeal to reverse an exile. Not all appeals are accepted, and a minimum 3 day wait must be observed between an exile, and appealing.
There is a person abusing their loadout. What do I do?
Before taking action, you should explain to them what is wrong with what they are doing, and inform them about the security warnings system. If the user continues to abuse their loadout, you can report them to the security Discord.
