  • New “Drills” group! Includes 5 new drills: Flyaway Timer, RBH Tuck Drill (use on mat stack), Pirouette Drill (use on floor bars), Clear-hip Drill to box (use at the designated station)
    *All drill stations have an overhead title so it’s easy to find. *

  • Per your requests, we have added single skills along with the existing grouped skills in the backpack. The order of the grouped skills has not changed.

  • New skill: Sheep Jump (can be found in the Jumps tool and on page 2 of the side menu)

  • Beam dances are now accessible in the side menu (page 4) and the Dance Segments tool.

I know it’s been a long time since the last update and there’s only one new skill in this update, but you’ll be happy to know that we plan to update more frequently since it’s summer and we have more time on our hands. So expect more skills very soon!

  • Updated Level 1-5 requirements in the requirements menu to 2021-2029 USAG requirements.

    Please note that these requirements are very closely modeled after USAG’s women’s gymnastics requirements, but do have some significant differences, which were made for simplicity. This update does not include dance in the routines as PSGA currently has a lack of dance animations. When we update them again, the routines will include information on where dances will go.
