We’ve made changes and this should be working better now
Update on this:
Random players in games seem to know be flying around the map at fast speeds, or freaking out on the ground level. It only seems to happen to some people until you make direct contact with them, or when they reset.
I can’t provide a screenshot as it’s too fast for me to catch but could this be related at all?

Reproduction Steps
Create any NPC using **players:CreateHumanoidFromUserId(), then unanchor it, and try to move it using path finding service or humanoid:MoveTo()
, the NPC legs go under the baseplate
Expected Behaviour
Should walk normally like player character

bump, still an issue, i got this bug in flood escape 2 although different characteristics were there
- the floor in which i got stuck came above the legs
- i can jump and move normally while being stuck in the floor
