Well, I would say it is worth it to pay 4k because of how much detail is put into this it looks great!
At the same time I think you should also see if you could make it yourself first before paying someone because if you can then go for it’s better then wasting your robux on something you could of have made yourself.
I mean, somewhat detailed building with interior, road from spawn, terrain and vegetation. I would personally pay those 4K

It looks pretty nice from the picture you showed us, I’d say around 1-2k robux max.
I would say 3.5K 
for this. It looks very detailed!
Before I mention pricing, I suggest making assets yourself. Say for example you paid your friend 2K for that, and the buyer offered 4K, you’re actually loosing profits. I’d sell this for 3 to 4K.
Could you show more screenshots of the build, also by looking at the screenshot you provided us. I’d say it’s worth 4K.
Look at the roof, you can see the lines aren’t very detailed, but it’s a goo price
