PluginManager ExportSelection and ExportPlace articles contain incorrect documentation

The ExportSelection and ExportPlace functions under the PluginManager article incorrectly document that the file explorer is not opened if the functions are supplied with a file path. This is no longer the case, the explorer opens irregardless of the provided path. This is also documented directly under the PluginManager article under the ExportSelection/ExportPlace widgets.
