In this handbook, you will find all the guidelines and procedures that ensure that our group is being run properly. To make sure you understand how training and interview sessions, events, shifts, etc. are run.
Staff Rules:

1. Be respectful to everybody in the group. Harassment, bullying, discrimination and any innapropriate behavior will result in a kick or a ban from the game, if you disobeyed this rule in a game, and/or possibly the group.
2. Stay professional. This means that in the group and all group games, you must use grammar and act appropriately.
3. Arguing with others is highly unprofessional and will result in an immediate demotion, if deemed necessary. All arguments must be settled privately.
4. If working behind the cashier’s counter, you must be wearing uniforms, so refrain from refreshing your character if you are planning on serving customers. Uniforms do not have to be purchased as you will automatically change into one when you walk into the kitchen.
5. If you feel uncomfortable or threatened by any other staff member, alert a Corporate Director+ to file a complaint.
6. Trainee’s do not have to be constantly working if present at the parlor. Just make sure that you maintain your professionalism and remember to obey all rules.
7. Advertising in one of the games will result in a warning, which could lead to a kick and possibly a permanent ban. Advertising in the group/wall will get you exiled.
8. Exploiting is a serious offense. If anyone is caught exploiting or griefing, they will receive a permanent ban.
9. Staying active is a vital part to keeping your rank as staff here at Poppin ‘. It is expected that all staff make an effort to shout in the group, visit the parlor, host shifts/interviews/training, etc. Prolonged inactivity may lead to demotion if there is no reason for the inactivity.
Discord Rules:

**1. **Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. Any racist comments, or representations depicted in the server will result in an immediate kick.
**2. **Hate comments. These types of comments are strictly prohibited, any type of language to harm or disrespect another person will not be tolerated and will result in a consequence, if you are caught speaking hate comments with proof sent to an HR+.
**3. **Spamming or causing a disruption in any of the voice or text channels will result in a warning. Spam includes repeatedly sending the same word or similar phrases, repeatedly using caps, and continuing when someone asks you to stop. Please keep our server peaceful.
4. Do not send any images that include NSFW Content or Pornography of any type. There are younger members in the server.
5. Any unnecessary drama is not tolerated. Refrain from creating drama. Unnecessary drama created outside of the server between staff members is not tolerated and an HR+ should be informed immediately.
6. Creating a group of people to target, harass, or bully will result in a server kick. Our community strives to keep everyone protected.
7. Please only converse in the proper channels. Any channels meant for information or ticket channels will strictly remain for their purpose and any party involved in a conversation within these will result in a warning.
8. Please keep personal/real life problems and situations out of the server. If you do need to talk to someone, our HR team is always here to help.
**9. **The only people allowed to advertise their group and game are our alliances. Any strange servers/links will result in a mute.
10. If you have applied to work at Poppin ', your application stated that you will commit time to the group. If you do not follow up on these agreements, your rank will be revoked.
(All violations will result in either a warning, kick, or ban depending on the severity of your offense.)
Dress Code:
The dress code at Poppin ‘ is straightforward, we ask that staff do not wear;
- Extreme packages.
- Large/distracting hats.
- Clothing that is lewd/revealing.
- Clothing with offensive messages that are potentially discriminative to a group of people.
UNIFORMS
Our staff uniform is available to purchase at the parlor and in the group store. Despite that, you do not have to purchase our uniforms. Our kitchen door will automatically give you a staff uniform that you will have to wear when serving customers at the parlor. Currently MR’s/HR’s don’t have a dedicated uniform to wear at the parlor, our uniform is universal for all staff. However, if you are a Trainee+ you do not need to wear the uniform, unless you are working behind the counter.

BARISTA’S GUIDE
Greet your customer and remind them that there are menus above the registers that show all the possible flavours of froyo and boba tea. If a customer orders more than 3 items, notify them that there is a 3 item limit per order.
Directions for making the items we serve;
FROZEN YOGURT
1. Grab a bowl from the counter.
2. Walk toward the machine requested by the customer.
3. Insert the bowl into the open area.
4. Return to the counter and remember to grab your customer a spoon, so they have access to the froyo animation.
BOBA TEA
1. Take your customers’ order.
2. Walk over to one of the boba machines.
3. Click on the requested flavor. (If glitched, try another machine.)
4. The boba inside of the box should change to the selected flavor. Click on it and then it’s ready to serve.
Points and Promotion
Promotions will be automatically given. We look for hard work and activity. A Supervisor+ will review your work ethic and decide if you deserve a promotion. Promotions may only be earned, asking for a promotion will put you on notice for demotion.
Employee of the Week awards will be given out every Saturday, as Sunday will begin a new week. Do not ask for EOTW. These can be given out to any of the staff.
Point System: In V2 we have added a new point system. Anyone who is a Trainee-Junior Barista will require 25 points to earn a promotion. If you move forward onto the MR ranks you will require 30 points to receive a promotion. You will receive one point for every 15 minutes you are at the parlor.
DOUBLE TIME
With the double time game pass, you can earn up to 2 points every 15 minutes. For these points to be actively considered, you must be working at the parlor, not just lounging around or standing by AFK to earn the points. Points can be taken away at any given moment to the cause of lack of work, violation of rules, and unprofessionalism.
HANDLING DISRUPTIONS
As LRs, your job is mainly to serve the customers, which means you won’t have mod/admin. Trollers receive 3 warnings only. After the last warning is issued, you can call for help from a supervisor or higher, as they will kick the troller. For exploiters, they receive no warnings and are to be banned immediately. If you spot an exploiter make sure to grab proof by taking a picture and or video, then call for an HR+ to ban said exploiter.
MOD - Intern, Parlor Assistant, Supervisor, Manager.
ADMIN - Public Relations, Creations Team, COO, CSO.
OWNER - Corporate Director, VP, P, Chairwoman, Chairman
3 Warnings = Kick
4th Warning = Ban
5th Warning = Permanent Ban (Contact CSO+)
