[Possible project] Conejin: The Great City Adventure! Would you play it?

Hello! I might announce this super ultra mega hyper very early, but we want to create a new game.

Conejin: The Great City Adventure! It’s an MMORPG (i guess) which are inspired in City of Chaos - MMORPG, Pokemon and Clash Royale.

Important Story Moment

First of all, i want to mention that this is the moment where this adventure begins. The story in general is too long to explain it here and very unfinished.

At the moment where Conejin was about to dissapear forever (Maybe), Debere (His best-friend) saw him and tried to help him.

Debere: Conejin! You are about to dissapear (Because he just rebirthed for 24 hours), now i will never see you again! (Because the site where you made rebirth was destroyed)
Conejin: D-don’t w-worr-y, just take t-this…
Gives Debere a very old paper
Conejin dissapears
Debere: NOOOOO!

Now, Debere alone, he didn’t know what to do, and he read the paper:

Conejin’s notepad
Trick to rebirth a player in Snowjin’s gamepad:
A+A+B+B+Back+Play+X
Cannot be used in your own player ~Conejin

So, Debere called Snowjin.

Debere: Snowjin!!!

He didn’t respond.

Debere: Where are you Snwojin!!!

Debere went to the battleground and saw snowjin MAYBE dead, Debere took his gamepad and did that trick, and an image has appeared:

Insert command to rebirth players: [“”] [Enter]

So he wrote “/all” and guess what: Everybody was alive. But Conejin was not! That’s because the paper said Cannot be used in your own player ~Conejin, now, the battle has ended, everything is done, from Mentor’s battle… Everything, is done.

One month later

Debere still have Conejin’s Notepad, and he took the time to read everything that Conejin wrote, and he wrote this:

(24/9/2087) - Army idea
I think i can make an army, i will recruit anyone who wants to defeat the bad guys or have a job. Since i think after the chaos ends, maybe in the city, there will be more thiefs and that stuff, so i guess i should try to recruit people, i will write the next part of this later! ~Conejin

So, Debere just thought about make an Army, and he started on that!

bla bla bla in the story…

And now, the Conejin Army is real!

Debere: It’s time to find bad people!
Army: YES SIR!

The End

So, the game have this features:

-Open World i guess
-Possible house where you can place stuff like MeepCity
-Two fight systems: Cards Fight and Strong Fight.
-Make your own story! (Something like TellTale games)
-Player position will be saved.
-Minigames

This is the things that we want in this game.

This game was originally created by my Brother, he wanted to become a game developer once, and now we think we can make this possible.

Well, and now we want to know what do you think about this (Feedback, what we should add or remove) and help us! Thanks for helping!

Disclaimer: this project is not confirmed since the House system is very hard to make, and we want to achieve that, since it’s cool, if you know any full script of building or help us on our current building/placement system, pm me! Thanks and i hope you help us! :+1:

Thanks for posting this here. All great projects start with ambition. However, what has been detailed here is too much. Too much work to create it, and too many features that will take away from the core experience. What I would recommend is to scale back and just try and do one thing. Maybe the minigames. Perhaps one of the card games. Focusing on small projects one at a time is a good way to learn about game design before tackling larger projects.

Hi @Conejin_Alt! Since I know for a fact that you are currently working on Stages right now, I recommend that you continue development with that game before even attempting to start this one.
Personally, I did not fully understand the story, so my recommendation to you is while you are working on Stages, to continue to create and edit your story, so once you start working on the game itself, you will know exactly what and how you want to make your game. Good luck!

Stage’s shop is broken, so im working on fixing it, this project is now confirmed and now i’m drawing the map of this game, but im also working on Stages.

The story is confusing if you haven’t read the whole story.

Nice. Good luck on this new game and on Stages itself.
I do have one more piece of advice, which would be to change the name of the game to something more general, which could just mean taking out Conejin and just having the game called “The Great City Adventure!” or something similar. Once again, good luck :slight_smile:
