We have a lot of music composers in here, but I do not see much of their work. So here’s a thread for that! Any type of music you made is accepted, whether it is Cartoony, 8-Bit, Adventure, Retro, Orchestral music, Lofi, any kind of music you made post it here!
Looks like I’ll be the first to show off in this thread to see what we can get going.
I’ve posted some tracks in/as some other threads in the past, so I’ll go light here.
This one is personally my favorite song I’ve made as of late. I got an instrumental version that I posted over here if 8-bit isn’t your style. Either way, chiptunes are my specialty.
This one is also really jammin’.
I’m currently working on a game and the YouTube video below has roughly half of the main music for it. The two tracks above this are also in this game, but in the same style as the rest. These are all final by the way.
With that out of the way, this thread will be interesting. We got a development thread, and a [visual] art thread, so I thinking seeing a thread dedicated to a form of art that I find to be more intricate to experience will be quite appealing.
Like that first 8-Bit i listen to a lot of those tracks! you got some great music. Can’t wait to see more your of your music work and other’s!!
I have a lot of unrecorded music. I need to record more. But here’s a few I have recorded. I haven’t tried to polish them up or anything before. Many were single takes with very little post-processing.
It’s all guitar. My earlier stuff is on electric guitar, but I’ve slowly moved from electric to acoustic, and nowadays I’m almost 100% on classical guitar, but don’t have any classical stuff recorded yet, except for the first song below.
I hope that someday I can write some really mellow soundtrack for a game of mine.
I don’t have a sound cloud but I did upload one of my tracks to roblox. Unfortunately this is the cut version, not the full song; it had to fit it into the time constraints in my game. I made this for an audio engineering class about 3 years ago, it’s one of my first ever compositions. Created in Studio One with MIDI instruments.
My game has its own soundtrack that has still be yet fully implemented, but for now it’s available on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZuXBf0D3cA4
*Note, this is only one video. My channel has an entire playlist.
Here’s some of my most recent work from my soundcloud.
Still improving, but happy with how I’ve been.
Also here’s a track that is currently in the works(first time experiementing with vocals)
May as well drop a link! https://m.soundcloud.com/elttob/journey-to-the-moon
I’m currently working on a soundtrack for Blox, my new building game, but that’s gonna take some time.
Like that style Elttob great work man can’t wait to see the soundtrack for blox!
It’s alright if you don’t have a sound cloud. Great music by the way didn’t know you made that for your game keep it @Mimi_Dev can’t wait to see more!
Like that, first soundtrack Battle theme pokemon music great stuff @ZedLyn1! hope to see more.
Here’s some music I made recently.
Alright, I am a pretty novice composer. I haven’t really gotten into any course or anything at all. The only experience I had before I started composing on a computer was with instruments (guitar & sax).
Most of my music is just for improving and for testing various stuff, to see how individual plugins work out in individual songs etc.
So far, the ones I like the most:
Summary
Song 1
This song was just me wanting to make a orchestral / electronic song combined. I think it didn’t exactly fill out that, but I do think most of the song is good, after 4 months of being a composer.

This track was for a school project, and it is a bit high-pitched, but overall I believe it’s good.

Here’s a quick fast track I made in Sibelius in around 2-7 mins. (Saxophone and a Piano)
Nice Music Keep it I really like the first one seems pretty smoothing
My SC:
With the one with vocals, the key that the singer is singing in is way different to your chords making it sound really off, and I mean REALLY off. Use a tuner plugin if you have one, theres a stock one on ableton under audio effects to see what key the singer is in.
Just started on this today, definitely gonna try to turn this into a full song!
