UGC Is an acronym for “User Generated Content” its basically a program that is really hard to get into, it allows you to post 3D Accessories on the Avatar Shop.

I actually really like this UGC concept, I’m not quite sure if I personally have seen an existing hat like this (I could be wrong) so hopefully if you do get UGC access, this is one of the hats you put out!
