Progressive Rollout of Future Lighting on Android Devices [Client Beta]

im enjoying this till it gets reverted (it just looks cool)
prob, this is a test mid-long duration rollout, before the final actual announcement, to fix some artifacts!

It is fascinating that FIB came back again on Android devices, despite the fact that it is laggy, it doesn’t seem to crash at all just like before. Also, since I only tested it on 1 device before, now I am testing it on 2 phones; Realme C25s (Released: 2021) which is my main and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 4G (Released: 2023), and I noticed some slight difference.

Realme C25s seemed to perform a little better than the Note 12 despite that that phone Performed well on other games (e.g. Call of Duty: Mobile)

But overall, great job team

if you want better results, try running in “floating” window mode, and resizing it to something small, like 75% of screen area.

Personally, I got good results on my Redmi note 13 pro 5g (a mid-ranger)

fair but I mean they only do that with certain devices, not like 90% of devices.

Wow future is out and it cool, but low FPS…
I think will good if u let’s devs change technology with scripts (or add in settings, just graphics 3 or lower too small render distance, some games need more)

Now that future lighting is supported on mobile devices, will there be any plans for VR or Quest support? being given how advanced VR headsets have become being similar or in most cases just better than regular smartphones, I’m curious about the kind of performance we could expect.
