I feel like they keep removing simple necessary features.
Like, I can’t even use the basic scrolling feature anymore!
Same, a while ago, I just had to click a game’s trailer and then it took me to YouTube so I could just go to any YouTube video. And then from that, you could put a link in a video description which could lead somewhere ELSE. Good point.
I have another bug: When I try to change a slider setting in the pause menu (e.g. Volume or Graphics Quality), it just doesn’t slide. I have to click at a certain spot to change those settings. Please fix all of these bugs

The biggest reason I don’t like the beta app is because there’s no record or screenshot feature unlike the regular client

Who even uses either one of those? Screenshots maybe but recording??!!?
I use them for many things. Most of them for testing my game outside of Studio.

What happened ot the new UI?
It got reverted to this ugly 2015 style one today. I might have been the only one who likes the new menu, but please bring back the new one! It was one of the only reasons I was still using the beta app.

Why did it get reverted to the ugly 2015 style? The new one was so much better, modern and fit the current Roblox theme. It was one of the few reasons why I was still using the beta app. We need to go further, not backwards, Roblox.

Was really getting used to the new one and loved the clean modern looking UI. Mine too got reverted yesterday to the old one which doesn’t look that great to be honest. Revert it back to the new one, it’s MUCH BETTER!

Bacon Hair, I don’t think Roblox can change it back. Although the new menu looks clean, I heard that someone doesn’t like the new Roblox menu

Apologies for bumping, but today, the desktop app seems to be released now.
I don’t mean to sound petty, but I do not like the desktop app at all. The shortcut esc+l+enter now enters into to the app and I find that very inconvenient. If I use a mouse, I have to double click otherwise this will appear.
EDIT: It turns out it still pops up when you’re disconnected.
The create button just opens the create page in your browser, which kinda defeats the point of the app. This also applies to the privacy policy and TOS buttons as well.
This is moreso a nitpick but pretty much every button that isn’t the create button seems to open as if it were in a browser and looks out of place compared to the rest of the app.
The only good thing I can say is the previewing an accessory is a lot better than on the website, but for some reason my avatar is duplicated in r6 and r15,
I would like to note that the sorting option for only UGC or Roblox items seems missing along with the ability to view offsale items. Also, don’t make the sorting buttons scroll along with the accessories and clothes. Make them static.
All in all, my first impressions of this is that it’s just a straight rip of the mobile app, with half-baked options like create added so it could differentiate itself from the mobile app.

You can no longer opt-out of this? I’m sure it’s still considered in beta.

At the time I made this post, this option wasn’t available. Though I will edit the post to correct this.
I guess if Roblox forces us to use the Desktop App, well, the website might become a developer environment
