Publishing packagelinks (or having packagelinks) essentially grants your game an instant crash

One of my packages (named Model) has made it so I can’t open my game, or any of the places within the universe at all. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for the past 4 hours, and it started with publishing all my packages that I have not published in a while. This has been annoying me for the past 4 hours and I would want to know what’s causing this as this has never happened before.
I have an RTX 4060, with 24gb of ram and a ryzen 5 7640hs, and yet I can’t run a studio instance that has a couple packages.

Replacing the Model Package with a blank folder lets me run the place without any issues. so this is some sort of PackageLink issue.

You need to include the Asset ID of the package, as well as a Place ID which uses it to help the engineers reproduce the bug
