Purchased a bundle and did not receive the included items

Two days ago I purchased a bundle and have since then not received any wearable portion of it. The item appears in my purchase history, and the bundle itself also appears in my purchased bundles/heads in the avatar editor.

The item in question was purchased using an in-game prompt.

Extremely concerning to see this happen, especially considering the cost of some of the Roblox-made bundles, though I’m not sure if it happens there as well as this is my first time experiencing this.
