Purchased an ad with Debit Card and it did not run

I recently made a post about my ad not running when using a credit card: Purchasing Ads with Credit Card Not Working.

Last night, I attempted to run another ad for a different game using my debit card, and I encountered a similar issue. The ad does not run when I use my debit card, but it works without any problems when I use the Roblox Credits option. In the future, I would prefer an option to purchase credits using a debit/credit card if the Roblox credit system is more reliable.

Expected behavior

Ideally, an error should be thrown if the transaction is unsuccessful. Currently, the ad is not gaining any impressions and only works when using Roblox Credits.

Weird it wasn’t working last night and this morning. Now all the ads are starting to run now.

Hi, after further investigation, we’ve identified the issue. Our anti-fraud algorithm requires training data to ramp up, and because the game you advertised was new, it initially didn’t generate enough data, which impacted performance and led to it being low ranked in the beginning. Now that the game has been running for a longer period, you should see no issues with running ads. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will continue to refine our ad ranking systems based on these insights!
