Purchasing Ads with Credit Card not working

Over the weekend, I tried to run multiple ads (Search and Sponsored) with credit card. I waited for multiple hours and it seems like the ads never successfully ran. Below you can find the campaign IDs.

I also tested with the Robux Credit system to run a sponsored ad and it worked without any issues.

Expected behavior

I was expecting an error message if there is an issue with the selected credit card option. I look around the UI and settings but I’m not seeing an error. I also tested the credit card on other sites to make it works. I have previously used this card on file to run prior ad tests which successfully worked with no issues.

Hi, after further investigation, we’ve identified the issue. Our anti-fraud algorithm requires training data to ramp up, and because the game you advertised was new, it initially didn’t generate enough data, which impacted performance and led to it being low ranked in the beginning. Now that the game has been running for a longer period, you should see no issues with running ads. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will continue to refine our ad ranking systems based on these insights!
