I don’t know about this and I couldn’t find a any forum about this but I’m curious. Is using Multi-instances(multi-robloxs) is ban-able?
Is there FAQ/Rules about it?

I think Roblox is fine with it. I remember a bootstrapper called BloxStrap that has this multi-instance feature, and it didn’t receive any complaints from Roblox (the dev removed the feature anyways for separate reasons).
As long as you’re not using it for malicious purposes, it should be fine.
Edit (9 Aug) : To future users who come across this post: I didn’t realise this at the time of posting, but Bloxstrap originally removed multi-instance launching because it was classified as exploiting before it got added back, but not without warning users to use the feature at their own risk.
I’m not too sure how strict Roblox is enforcing this rule, but there might be a possibility of your account being flagged by using such a feature
