R15 joints refuse to rotate after IK mode is enabled in studio's animation editor

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a default R15 block rig through studio’s avatar rig builder
2. Select the rig with animation editor
3. Enable IK
4. Joints on the rig cannot be animated until IK is disabled

Expected Behavior

Inverse Kinematics (IK) should be properly enabled for animations.

Actual Behavior

R15 block rigs with IK enabled cannot be animated until IK mode is disabled.

This has to be the most annoying bug ever, It’s literally preventing all forms of progress on my project. Please try to fix this ASAP and all other bugs rstudio devs.
