R15's animations (and something else) is ruining the physics and maneuverability

The collision of R15 is quite odd with animations and makes maneuvering the ROBLOXian difficult.

I’ve built a wall to show this.

R6’s attempt:

R15’s attempt:

But what if we take away R15’s animations?

Ta-da!
But there’s still a difference… let’s try jumping onto the first thin ledge.

I think that animations should not have any effect on the physics of R15, but I’m not quite sure how the last one could be fixed.

The intersecting parts would make the R15 have more mass than the R6, so maybe that’s what’s happening in the last example.

Yeah R15 feels a bit heavier

It gets even worse when you have a package on which adds extra mass. I’ve noticed that the cape on the Korblox Deathspeaker package causes the UpperTorso to grow to more than double its size, which could be why my jump height is reduced sometimes when wearing it.

And the camera bobs up and down when walking around too, which is caused by the bottom of UpperTorso touching the floor lifting my character up abit.

I think this should be moved to Client Bugs.

Sometimes my character just doesn’t jump when wearing the korblox skeleton. And if he does jump it’s usually a small jump.

Bump, is something going to be done about this?

Again bumping, this is still a problem. I’ve gotten caught on objects trying to jump onto them so many times and this could be fixed by making the physics engine see R15 without its animation.

Might help staff members resolve issue if you attach the level file you were using in the OP.

Lost old level, but I made a new wall.

Silly Wall.rbxl (10.8 KB)

Try it with R6, then R15.
