When viewing the 2D view of moderated avatars on the profile page, the default place icon is shown instead of a more appropriate unavailable/moderated image thumbnail.
The headshot appears to be [ Content Deleted ] but the actual image has changed to one of the default place icons weirdly 
Well, actually I’ve still experienced a bug in the profile pictures of users.
Notice in the photo, instead of the original profile picture, it has the default picture of Roblox games.
It looks like anything that needs to go through a thumbnail server to render is having default game thumbnails returned when the thumbnail is not available or not ready yet.
You can reproduce this by checking the 2D view of any avatar wearing a moderated item, or by checking most recently updated models.
Even on UGC items.
