Rarely (<10% of the time) able to access configure page for avatar items

Most (around 90% if not more) of the time I’m unable to configure any avatar items due to not being able to access the page, usually it gives the generic “oh noes” page. This has been ongoing for several hours.

Attempted to use this site:

Steps:
1- Attempt to configure an avatar item
2- Observe that the configure page does not load most of the time

Device Info
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/114.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Platform Type: PC
Device Type: Computer

Unsure if it’s necessary but I’ve uploaded what appears in the console here: Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'a - Pastebin.com

I think that’s everything, I can provide additional info if needed.

Expected behavior

The configure page should load most if not 100% of the time.

Hey, I am also experiencing this issue, 100% of the time but in regards to UGC Accessories, that were listed under my group by a hired creator.

We just lowered the throttle threshold for this, it should be a bit better - let us know!

Hello, I am experiencing this issue as well. However, I am unable to even OPEN the configure page for UGC accessories. This only appears to happen with off-sale UGC accessories that are uploaded to a group.
