I presume you meant lighting instead of lightning, I do think it looks a bit odd, the colors are nice but things such as the shininess on the hood sort of take away from that. I think you should focus a bit more on making things look as if they had a sort of ‘matte’ feel.
Your lighting looks a bit too globally illuminated in my opinion, you should try to make it look as if the light is coming from something such as the sun.
The lighting here certainly accommodates the cartoony model. At the same time, there seems to be some confusing lighting interactions.
Constructive Criticism
If I were to offer any constructive criticism, I would say that while I like the difference in brightness at the front of the van and the side, I think the lighting at the front of the van is not bright enough. This makes the hood appear quite shadowy and difficult to make out.
In a similar sense, the direction of the shadows on the hood seem to indicate that there is a light source above the model on the it’s right-hand side. Similarly, the brighter left-hand side of the van would suggest there is a light source from that direction but the dark shadows on the hood contradicts this making the lighting setup kind of confusing.
I also agree with @Bewilda that the shininess of the hood takes away from the cartoony aesthetic.
Conclusion
You clearly have some experience with this. With a few tweaks here and there, I’m sure you’ll be able to create an awesome lighting setup. Keep up the good work!

The Lightning or Lighting Is Good It Makes the Car Look Really Cartoony If that’s what your looking for overall It Looks Really Good.
Lighting goes well with the vehicle, if you’re going for a cartoony look you made the right decision.
