oof i am not impressed nah no way.
- Make the brown color on the couches a bit lighter.
- Make the glass at the table more clear. It’s already clear, but needs to be crystal clear.

I rate that a definite 9.99/10 because there are some problems, as i mentioned above.
If there isn’t any problems, i would rate it a 10/10! 
I would pay 900-1200 robux for that realistic model.

That’s a skill that comes with experience. The cushions only consist of rounded block meshes, which could be even made in Studio! Yes, you don’t even need Blender to make a mesh! Unions can be exported as a mesh!
Sorry for the late response, the arm rests are simply rounded block meshes. To make the couch look realistic, you also need to give it a custom texture.
It’s pretty good, seen more realistic.
