Did you tried contacting Roblox Support?
They have Asset removal request in DMCA category. I tried that once and worked for me.
Once you will contact them, they will send you automated email with all informations you need to reply with. So you can tipe short version of your issue into the issue description. (I tiped there whole issue, with everything, then i got the mail, and needed to write the whole message again.)

Seems good enough concerning the asset in itself, but my concern is more about strikes.
Basically, when you get three strikes, you’ll get consequences on your account, and it’s my problem. I’m at the bound of getting banned for one day if another asset or thing gets moderated.
I’ll be trying your request, but I’ll be also mentionning this thing. If you have another idea for this in particular, please tell me.
I can’t help either, but I wasn’t even awere that 3 is enough to just terminate an account. The ToS always says ‘repeat infringer policy’ but never states what happens at what repetition. I got 3 strikes myself on my main account. But 2 of them were on 2D clothing (Avatar the last airbender) and happened on the same day. So I thought this was ‘one strike’ but apparently it’s two strikes, than I got one more strike, and now my account is completely deleted. According to the support team there is nothing I can do, but I keep on trying. I cannot counter this strike either, as I did indeed infringe their copyrighted design, it was a mistake, one I now seemingly can’t turn back anymore.
