Attributes and tags on instances are now stored more efficiently, decreasing memory pressure.

It just means the amount of memory used.

Though I would say that the wording of improving “memory pressure” rather than just “memory usage” comes with a bit of an implication of having better scaling (twice as much content using less than twice as much memory) in some way rather than just a lower total.

This is actually wild. I hate using MaterialVariants for one-off PBR tiling cases and this would fix all of that.

Quick question, will AlphaMode and MaterialPattern be supported? Also +1 for resample mode controls.

decals already support transparency, i don’t think it needs alphamode, although it loses tintmask

The physics team is getting to work on raycasts again, so I pray they will address some issues with shapecasts soon…
