Remove shading on obj

Hey, I wanted to know how to import a mesh into Roblox and have the mesh keep a uniform colour so you can’t see the depth. I have an example of this which I found on the avatar page:

As you can see there doesn’t appear to be any depth on this object whatsoever. How do I achieve the same effect?

If you change the mesh material to neon and turn the color down so that there’s no glow (so about 134, 134, 134 or below) that should do it

And would you also know how the UGC item did it since they didn’t change any of that in the accessory

Also flat normal map, roughness map helps. Disable shadows.

Some people iv heard have doubled the object with a solidify modifier in blender, seperate out to 2 meshes that did something to the outside mesh shell.

For those who still see this post, I figured it out. Basically what they did is add a plane and use a data transfer modifier on it to transfer the shading and then turning auto smooth on.
