The button used to report bugs is missing. I don’t know when it started happening since I only noticed it right now.

I am experiencing the same issue (on Firefox).
A week or two ago the button disappeared for me for multiple days in a row. On Tuesday January 30th it reappeared for me. However it seems that today the button is once again gone.

Checked and it was still gone. However, after logging out and logging back in, it’s back.
