In October, these were all released with the description that they would be taken off sale after a few days. However, since then, the description has been changed and the items are still on sale. I bought these items under the pretense that they would be limited edition*, not available for everyone forever.
*In this case, just off-sale after the date, not necessarily Limited or LimitedU.

Posting this mesh error here because I followed @ givenothingback’s steps and submitted a support ticket, but only received a stupid response which wasn’t even remotely related to the issue.
So basically, my issue is that a hat called “Chessboard” has some kind of error or something with the mesh which makes a piece misaligned with the body of the chess piece.
