[RESOLVED] Initialization error 4

When trying to launch the Roblox client I’m getting this error:

This happens every time, trying to launch any game.
I have tried reinstalling, I’ve also tried completely wiping the Roblox folder out of AppData and using IObit Uninstaller to basically ‘nuke’ it off my pc.

Has anyone encountered this/is there a known fix?

Could someone explain why this happens to this user? She said it started to happen after the latest Roblox update.
