"Respect Studio Shortcuts" toggled on or off produces 2 bugs

Problem:

  1. “Respect Studio Shortcuts” turned on will prevent Esc from opening the menu in Play Solo (works if turned off)
  2. “Respect Studio Shortcuts” turned off will prevent move/resize/etc from being activated by pressing their shortcuts (usually shift+1 etc. I turned mine to just z,x,c,etc) (works if turned on)

Repro: (in play solo)

  1. With Respect Studio Shortcuts on, try to press Escape
  2. With Respect Studio Shortcuts off, try to press the move/resize/etc shortcuts

Workaround:

  1. Have to manually click the menu hamburger icon in the top left in play solo
  2. Have to manually click the studio tools on the top in play solo

Not really a bug, this is what the “Respect Studio Shortcuts” option is for. The reason esc doesn’t open the menu is because it’s now a default studio shortcut that clears selection. If you want the functionality back you can remove the shortcut by going to File>Advanced>Customize Shortcuts

You can clear a shortcut by selecting the shortcut box and right clicking to clear it.

Hey thanks that solves both my issues at once, returning my workflow involving these shortcuts to normal
