Rig Builder Does Not Apply WrapTargets For Multiple R15 Rigs

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to Avatar tab and select Rig Builder
   
   
2. Select Block Rig, Rthro Normal, or Rthro Slender under the R15 tab
   
3. Note that the Block Rig, Rthro Normal, and Rthro Slender rigs lack WrapTargets
4. Note that all other R15 rigs contain WrapTargets
   

Expected Behavior
Block Rig, Rthro Normal, and Rthro Slender rigs should be up-to-date and consistent with all other rigs to contain WrapTargets

Actual Behavior
Block Rig, Rthro Normal, and Rthro Slender rigs lack WrapTargets

Workaround
WrapTargets must be manually added

I don’t think this is a bug as it is more of an un-implemented feature. The Documentation also states that:

[Bobytoeburrito (Innovator)]

This has been resolved as of the recent rig builder update.
