Rigging and animating a custom rig

Hey developers! When it comes to making custom rigs, I have never done one, and I am more of a scripter then a builder/Modeler. So when our development team made a custom rig, I scripted it to play an animation. Again, I am very new to rigs and animating with them, but My script works and is playing the animation. However there is some sort of issue to the rig causing the animation to not play fully. Instead the rig just moves a little bit around, which this animation uses his hands, but just keeps them at the same position (Shown in video). But connected to the motor6D It looks fine. Anyone able to help us out?

Try making the Animation Priority to Action in the Animation Editor.
