Roblox blocked and removed access to my account due to a security notification

When I try to log in to the account “palta15384,” I see a “Security Notification” requesting a password reset with a verified email address. However, I don’t have an email address, but I remember having a phone number. However, when I try to use it to receive the code, I receive nothing.

This situation prevents me from resetting my password or regaining access. I have already contacted Roblox customer support twice, providing detailed explanations and screenshots to confirm account ownership. Unfortunately, the responses I received indicated that there was no verified email address on the account and offered no further assistance. It appears the support team did not investigate the issue adequately.

The Security Notification system should not result in an account’s email being deleted without user confirmation. It is concerning that a security feature designed to protect users prevents legitimate account owners from accessing them.


I have verified my age on my account. According to the law, you need an email or phone number to verify your age, but it seems they’ve unlinked it from my account. I have the ID card I used to verify my age on my account.

This is not a duplicate, I have this problem since 5 months and I really want to recover this account as it is too valuable to me.

This isn’t a duplicate. The only way to get help is through the developer forum. Roblox support is terrible; they either ignore all my requests or always respond the same way.
