Roblox cant verify my age account

this already 2 weeks i cant verifyy my age account , it says i must contact the the roblox support but roblox support doenst give me solution for my account

i dont know why this happen to my account only with this account i cant verify my age with my phone… i curious i cant get voice chat features due age verification … here is the reply of roblox support

i already make post about this but any roblox staff dont see it , i still dont any hope about this
